Applicants must:

• Be a CPS High School Student
• Have a Miniumum GPA of 2.0
• Accept the Challenge
• Step Out and Become Leaders
• Commit To Their Futures

The year-long program includes

• Entrepreneurial Training
• Leadership Development
• Project Development Experience
• Social Etiquette
• Mentoring Activities
• Exposure to Business Operations
• Professional Work Ethics
• Travel to Various Venues
• Monthly Stipends

The Application Process Involves

• Application
• Interview
• Panel Presentation

Nominees will address the panel for two minutes and respond to the prompt, "Why I should be the P.U.M.P.S. Spirited Teen Achieving Results (S.T.A.R.)." Once all candidates have been evaluated, nominees will be notified by mail.

If accepted, participants will be required to:

demonstrate positive behavior	participate in all activities	show dedication
complete a media release form	attend all training seminars	work well with others
accept constructive critisism	develop a strong work ethic	be punctual for events
